Primeau Funding provides commercial loans from $1M (minimum) and with no maximum, and non-recourse stock loans up to $400M. Commercial Bridge/Hard Money: Commercial Land Development: Entitlements, capital infusion, geographical regions, and market conditions are all considered in the approval process. With these issues satisfied, transactions can close quickly. Loans are interest only, most non-recourse, no pre-payment penalty and up to 5 year terms.

Mezzanine Programs: Quick closings are available within 1 to 5 business days with complicated transactions taking longer. Typically, these loans are subordinated to first liens but debt/equity are also available.

Loans for Income Producing Property: Loans for Income Producing Property: Commercial Real Estate loans for office buildings, multi-family, and Industrial properties. Transactions can close in 5 days to 45 days depending on the transaction. Bridge Loans and Permanent Loans available through our conduit program.

These stock loans are non-recourse, whether the securities are restricted shares, treasury securities, aged or free trading stock, as well as options and warrants. With Primeau Funding's stock loans there is never a margin call and no reporting. This is a private transaction, thus no SEC reporting.

Primeau provides non-recourse loans against the stock whether the securities are restricted shares, treasury securities, aged or free trading stock as well as options and warrants.

On hard money we will lend up to 65% ltv on income-producing properties, and on hard money commercial land development we can lend 50-60% of the "as is" value or up to 80% loan-to-cost.
